Privacy Policy

This policy covers the app Visual Page Editor for macOS and iPadOS.

1. The short version

The app collects no personal data. It has no user account, no cloud connection and no analytics or telemetry. Everything you create stays on your device until you upload your finished website yourself.

2. Data we collect through the app

None. The app does not transmit any data to us or to third parties. It works entirely offline: there is no sign-up, no login, no password, no tracking, no crash reporting and no advertising identifier. We therefore cannot see who uses the app, how it is used, or what you build with it.

3. Your content and projects

Your websites, texts, images and settings are stored locally on your device only. We have no access to them and receive no copy. Deleting the app removes this data from your device.

4. In-app purchase

The full version is unlocked by an in-app purchase on the App Store. The purchase is handled entirely by Apple; Apple is the seller and Apple’s privacy policy applies. We do not receive your name, email address or payment data. Once unlocked, the app works without an internet connection.

5. Children

The app is not directed at children and collects no data from any user, regardless of age.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Since we hold no personal data from your use of the app, there is in practice nothing to disclose or delete. You may still contact us at any time.
